Fountain Selects Carrot Fertility to Provide Employees with Comprehensive Fertility Healthcare
Fountain Employees now Eligible for Fertility and Family-Forming Benefits
[SAN FRANCISCO, February 7, 2023] — Fountain, the world’s leading all-in-one labor applicant tracking system for high volume hiring, today announces its partnership with Carrot Fertility, to provide employees with inclusive, comprehensive fertility and family-forming benefits.
On the heels of Fountain’s latest recognition by the Built In Best Places to Work awards, Fountain continues to grow its industry-competitive suite of benefits. The remote-first company is focused on creating an environment in which all Fountaineers can thrive, and Carrot empowers that mission in a variety of ways. With Carrot, Fountaineers will be eligible for a $20,000 lifetime benefit for fertility and family-forming needs including, but not limited to, egg freezing, in vitro fertilization, fertility treatments, adoption, and gestational surrogacy arrangements. Fountaineers will also be able to access Carrot’s comprehensive telehealth platform and personalized guidance throughout their fertility and family-forming journeys.
“We’re proud to offer family-forming benefits for all Fountaineers and their dependents,” said CEO Sean Behr. “We remain deeply committed to providing inclusive benefits that support the well-being and future of our employees and are thrilled a platform like Carrot can help us at Fountain deliver on that mission.”
Carrot will be available for anyone, including dependents, enrolled in a Fountain medical plan. Carrot helps employers provide equal access to high-quality fertility care regardless of age, race, income, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or geographic location.
“We are excited to work with Fountain to offer its team members support on their fertility and family-forming journeys,” said Brooke Quinn, Chief Customer Officer, Carrot. “Through the Carrot platform, Fountain employees will have access to personalized care navigation to guide them every step of the way as they explore their fertility options.”
