Scoot Education’s mission is to ensure that every classroom across the U.S. has a qualified teacher, even when unforeseen staffing shortages arise. In addition to teachers, they also staff school admin and support vacancies.

Traditional tools don’t make the grade

With a business model requiring the hiring of over 25,000 substitute educators annually, Scoot Education CEO James Sanders found that traditional recruitment tools could not meet the company’s needs. Initially, they used a CRM similar to those used by conventional recruitment firms. But it struggled under the weight of Scoot’s recruitment needs.
